Digital signatures
A digital signature handler encodes an electronic document with an encrypted unique signature that positively identifies the person who applied the signature.
The signing is based upon X509 certificates and attaches an encrypted unique signature to a document that verifies who signed the document, when it was signed and other user-determined information. When you validate a PDF file with one or more signatures, D2S Sign&Validate checks not only the authenticity but also performs integrity checks.
Seamless integration
D2S Sign&Validate is a stand-alone application that provides a drag and drop interface as well as desktop integration. It is lightweight, user-friendly and supports the Adobe Acrobat Digital Signatures framework.
Using D2S, legal firms can impose high-level version control on volatile documents such as contracts and living wills, tracking small but important changes and instantly identifying the authors of content modifications.
